Women’s Initiative Annual Report
The Women's Initiative (WIN) of Deloitte LLP is a defining strength of our culture, our values, and our brand. Since its launch in 1993, WIN has helped us create a more inclusive environment; build the intellectual capital required to serve our clients, develop our people and grow our business; and it has evolved into a powerful engine for innovation, far beyond our expectations. It has created a sea change – a transformation that has affected not only the women and men at Deloitte, but talented people everywhere in our profession.
The Women's Initiative Annual Report features some of our most recent achievements and plans for the years ahead. Some highlights in the report attached below are:
- We exceeded the 1000 mark for women partners, principals, and directors – up from just 100 when WIN was conceived in 1993.
- We hosted more than 400 professional development, networking, and mentoring WIN events in the past year alone.
- Our efforts were recognized by numerous outside organizations: Deloitte received the Catalyst Award for the second time, we were named as a model employer by the Shriver Report, and we earned a top 5 spot on Working Mother’s Best Places for Multicultural Women list and a top 10 pot on their Best Places for Working Mothers list.
