Harnessing our strengths
Years after the inception of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiative, we remain deeply committed to enhancing our inclusive environment. We view diversity as a source of opportunity, enrichment and thinking — it is central to our 21st-century talent strategy and our lasting success. This commitment hasn’t changed; it has grown stronger.
The Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report features some of our most recent achievements as well as the plans for the years ahead. Some highlights of the report attached below are:
- Currently, 50 percent of Deloitte business unit CEOs are minority and 43 percent of Deloitte leaders are women or minorities.
- We continued to provide our professionals with tools for success through programs such as Emerging Leaders Development Program, Think Tank and career sponsorship.
- Connecting with and developing future Deloitte talent by collaborating with organizations such as LEAD and INROADs continues to be a priority and proving to be effective. For example, 100 percent of our INROADs interns who were offered a full-time position at Deloitte, accepted.
- We received numerous recognitions for our efforts from of wide range of groups and publications, including a spot on DiversityInc’s prestigious list of the "Top 50 Companies for Diversity" and being honored with the Catalyst Award for the second time.
