Deloitte completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Solbourne Computer Inc., an innovative systems integration firm that provides enterprise services based on Oracle Fusion Middleware technology and Oracle’s E-Business Suite and PeopleSoft Enterprise applications. The Solbourne management team and more than 100 professionals have joined Deloitte’s Enterprise Applications, Technology Integration and Human Capital service areas.
