Deloitte LLP’s Diversity & Inclusion initiative (D&I) is committed to making Deloitte a more diverse and inclusive workplace where all of our people, regardless of their backgrounds, can have rich and rewarding careers. Today we are recognized as a leader in the field and honored for our achievements.
In 2007 we remained focused on the Diversity & Inclusion mission, maintaining a strong and active commitment to diversity and inclusion for the benefit of our people and clients.
The 2007 Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report features some of our most recent achievements as well as the many successes of our people. Some highlights of the report attached below are:
- We continued to provide our people with tools for success through programs such as Efficacy: Leadership Development Seminars and the Breakthrough Leadership Program.
- The addition of 10 new local business resource group (BRG) chapters brought our total to more than 90, expanding our talent’s access to personal and professional development opportunities, and providing our business with greater potential for growth.
- We received numerous recognitions for our efforts from of wide range of groups and publications, including a spot on DiversityInc’s prestigious list of the "Top 50 Companies for Diversity."
