Faces of Diversity

An inclusive workplace is good for business

Creating a diverse workplace for women, minorities and people from all backgrounds isn't just something we talk about at Deloitte LLP. We do it. Among our lauded efforts to seek out and promote all people of talent are programs to promote mentoring and our  Business Resource Groups (BRGs), which bring people together to network. Nurturing an inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone and allows them to build their strengths to achieve the most they can – not only is the right thing to do but is just good business.

Our Business Resource Groups


Each BRG provides a forum for professionals with similar interests and/or experiences to network with colleagues, grow through professional development opportunities, participate in recruiting activities and build relationships with local communities. We currently have six nationally recognized BRGs with more than 100 chapters throughout the United States:

  • Ability First (Ability BRG)
  • Armed Forces BRG
  • Asian-American Alliance (ABRG)
  • Black Employee Network (BEN)
  • Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Employees and Allies (GLOBE and Allies BRG)
  • Hispanic/Latino(a) Employee Network (HNet)
  • International Network (International BRG)
