In 1994, we started our Diversity & Inclusion initiative (D&I) shortly after being the first professional services organization to launch an initiative aimed at retaining and advancing women — and we haven’t slowed down since. In fact, today Deloitte not only leads the Big Four in percentage of minority professionals, but we had the first minority CEO, the first minority chairman, and the first woman chairman of the Big Four professional services organizations.
