IMPACT Day is Deloitte’s annual salute to our culture of service. It's a day–long celebration of our year-round commitment to workplace volunteering when all our 40,000+ people nationwide are encouraged to contribute their time and skills to nonprofit organizations.

IMPACT Day is a great way for our people to demonstrate our culture of service, but the real impact of the day is felt throughout the year through our skills-based volunteerism, pro bono, nonprofit board service, capacity-building philanthropy and thought leadership on corporate community involvement.
