Deloitte’s 13th Annual IMPACT Day June 8, 2012
What is IMPACT Day?
IMPACT Day is Deloitte’s annual celebration of our longstanding commitment to our communities and a symbol of our culture. On IMPACT Day, Deloitte encourages all of its professionals to set aside their work for the day to contribute their time and talent to benefit local nonprofits.
Deloitte’s 13th annual IMPACT Day will also be a celebration of the organizations’s latest pledge to perform pro bono work for leading nonprofit organizations which will bring our total pro bono investment in leading nonprofits to $110 million by 2015.
Who participates?
All of Deloitte’s people are encouraged to participate in IMPACT Day.
When is IMPACT Day?
IMPACT Day is Friday, June 8, 2012. It is held annually in June to kick off Deloitte’s fiscal year in a way that reflects the organization’s value and culture.
Where is it happening?
All Deloitte offices across the United States are organizing volunteer opportunities on June 8; employees will participate in more than 800 community service projects in more than 100 office locations in the U.S. Volunteer projects are locally-driven to meet the specific needs of each community.
Why does Deloitte host IMPACT Day?
IMPACT Day is a celebration of Deloitte’s year-round commitment to community involvement and workplace volunteerism. It is a deeply-held and important tradition that reflects Deloitte’s values and culture of service.
