About Deloitte’s Impact Imperative

Deloitte’s Impact Imperative is a strategy that aligns what we do best to the greatest need – with a sharp focus on outcomes. It encompasses our annual IMPACT Day of volunteering, as well as our long-standing pro bono commitment, skills-based volunteering, workplace giving program, nonprofit board service and financial contributions. Creating real and measurable impact isn’t just a goal – it’s an imperative.

As a leading employer of top business talent, we are in a unique position to deploy that talent by cultivating a corporate culture of leaders and professionals who contribute their time, innovative thinking and specialized business skills and acumen to help nonprofits advance their missions.

Deloitte helps its communities thrive in three ways:

  • Mission Catalysts – our people-powered initiatives wherein Deloitte talent and their knowledge and skills are essential accelerators of social change
  • Center for Impact – Deloitte-driven signature issues and strategic programs leveraging Deloitte’s talent, resources and leadership to create meaningful change
  • Impact2 – measuring, demonstrating and socializing the impact of our commitments, advocacy, outcomes and leadership
