Community involvement is local. That’s why, by and large, our philanthropy is targeted to unique local needs. Each year, we give millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations in these areas.
In order to make a deeper impact that is aligned with our strategy of contributing intellectual capital to help nonprofits enhance their capacity, we launched the Problem Solvers Fund. It is a large-scale national grant program, to which our own people apply, to support them in focusing on critical social issues where we can make a significant impact.
To receive funding, our offices must demonstrate that a project:
