Higher Education

The Deloitte Foundation invests in accounting, business and related fields of study within the United States, supporting university students and faculty in many ways. Its matching gifts program, student and faculty grants and awards, education programs, and research support promote collaboration between the academic and business communities.

With a focus on quality and innovation, the Deloitte Foundation encourages educators and practitioners to understand — and work together to help resolve — the issues that are current and relevant to our profession.

Matching Gifts and Other Support
Since 1972, the Foundation has offered a Matching Gifts Program, which encourages partners and employees of the Deloitte U.S. Firms to support higher education through contributions to colleges and universities. The program provides support to numerous professorships, scholarships, fellowships and more. Contributions are also made in the form of unrestricted gifts, which provide universities with much-needed discretionary funds for academics.

We support education through other programs and initiatives, including grants to support institutions and individuals engaged in worthy educational projects or research. Local offices often have their own programs to support institutions, professors and students in their area.
