John is the Deloitte & Touche Consumer and Industrial Products Leader. He specializes in assisting clients in significant business transformation efforts.

He has 20 years of experience leading business process transformation efforts across all areas of the selling and supply chains. He has led Sales & Marketing strategy and process transformation programs, Pricing Strategy/Optimization efforts and large, global ERP implementation programs.

John is Deloitte Consulting LLP’s National Retail & Wholesale Distribution practice leader. The practice assists leading Retailers and Distributors in improving all facets of their operation; from revenue growth through competitive strategy and merchandising, assortment and pricing optimization to operations improvements through supply chain management, store operations and shrink reduction and G&A cost reductions. In addition, Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Retail practice is a leading provider of ERP, Direct to Consumer/eCommerce and other retail technology services.

John holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Gradudate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
