Deloitte offers company executives an opportunity to participate in IPO masterclasses
As part of our IPO initiative, we have already conducted a number of IPO masterclasses for company executives in London. In 2010, we resumed this practice and conducted IPO masterclasses in Warsaw.
The two- or three-day masterclasses are for company owners and executives who plan to list their companies’ shares on stock exchanges. These events, organized as a “road show”, allow companies to meet key players who plan the IPO placement. The number of participants in a group is limited to 10-15 persons, all of whom are either company owners or top managers.
Masterclasses include issue-related sessions prepared by Deloitte specialists, investment bank experts, auditors, brokers, law companies and PR company representatives with vast experience of preparing CIS companies for IPO.
