Our Business Valuation team has provided outstanding valuation services to leading Deloitte CIS clients, during a number of M&A transactions. We provide in-depth analysis of the synergies resulting from mergers and acquisitions, and help clients to identify key valuation factors.

When we represent the buyer, the focus is on quantifying the risks and running the sensitivity analysis, in order to establish a recommended valuation range.

Business valuation advisory is particularly helpful when:

  • The target company to be acquired is a closely held business, operating in a competitive environment with significant business risks.
  • The client negotiates a purchase price with the target and needs to bring in solid arguments and/or independent opinion.
  • The client is interested in an analysis of synergies and post-merger valuation.
