Legal due diligence
In the course of legal due diligence, we analyze the legal aspects of the target’s business and advise the buyer on any risks related to the target’s legal issues. In particular, we focus on risks related to corporate structure, the seller’s right of ownership with respect to the target, the target’s right of ownership or use of assets, and the contractual obligations of the target, along with risks related to privatization, reorganization, transactions involving shares in the charter capital, and regulatory requirements, including licenses and permits, and labor and environmental issues.
