Deloitte is in the process of preparing a ranking of the top 500 largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe. This large-scale research is being conducted by specialists of the global professional services firm in 18 countries across the region. The main objective of the survey is to highlight current trends in different regions and sectors of the economy, and to forecast their future development.
This will be the seventh consecutive year that Ukraine has been included in the survey, with Ukrainian companies having demonstrated consistently high performance and increase in revenue.
In addition to the traditional overview of revenue and other financial results for the 2012 fiscal year-end and Q1 of 2013, the research outlines the major issues faced by businesses, their origins and trends inherent in different regions and sectors of the economy.
Last year, the three Ukrainian companies made it into the top 10 largest companies in the region. Moreover, the growth rate of these companies was much higher than that of other business representatives in most of the countries participating in the survey.
