Important Aspects of New Customs Code of Ukraine

The new Customs Code of Ukraine adopted on 13 March 2012 and signed by the President of Ukraine on 19 April 2012 contains both positive and controversial approaches to customs procedures.

The Code will become effective on 01 June 2012.
