After a long break caused by the crisis on the capital markets, the issue of attracting funding from international investors is once again becoming a current concern for Ukrainian companies. IPO remains a relatively complicated, but effective method of attracting funding for business development. At the same time, factors such as the extent, to which a company is prepared for the process, along with directors’ awareness of investor expectations and the processes themselves, help create a firm foundation for the successful placement of shares on an international stock exchange.
