The discussion of the topic “Transfer pricing: concept, international practice and prospective legislation” |
On 28 February 2013 Deloitte transfer pricing specialists together with the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs will hold a round table meeting to discuss prospects of legislation for implementing the new transfer pricing rules.
The purpose of the round table is to familiarise the participants with the following:
- international practice in implementing transfer pricing rules, including the Russian Federation;
- principal provisions of the draft law on transfer pricing;
- risks related to implementation of legislation faced by businesses, as well as the practical recommendations designed to mitigate such risks.
We invite all interested parties to participate in the round table that will be held in Kyiv at 34, Khreschatyk St., 3rd floor, conference hall.
The roundtable begins at 11:00am
