About the trainers

Marina D.J. Kooijmans

 

Marina has over 25 years of experience in the broader fields of Organization, People and Change Management.   Marina is currently a Human Capital Consulting and Strategy & Operations Director at Deloitte.  She has been involved in various business improvement, HR and Change Management projects in major sectors both public and private.  Marina’s varied engagement portfolio has made her a versatile management consultant.  Her roles range from Project Manager to Senior Consultant and trainer. 


Marina holds an MBA as well as a Masters in Social Science from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.  She is certified in Executive Coaching and training and in psychological assessments.  


Her wide industry experience includes the areas of Utilities, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Financial (Banking and Insurance), Education and Government. 

 

Rhonda Moore

Rhonda Moore has 14 years of Human Resources Management experience.  She is currently a Human Capital Consultant in the Deloitte firm.  Her experience includes Performance Management, Talent Management and Training & Development.  

Rhonda holds a B.A. in English from Columbia University, USA and an M.B.A. from Baruch College, USA.  She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).  

Prior to joining Deloitte, Rhonda worked at the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, where she gained valuable experience across various Human Resource functions.
