Quality assurance review
This is an assessment of your existing internal audit function, including infrastructure, staff experience and performance relative to your business goals, best practices, and applicable standards. We go beyond traditional reviews, addressing not only compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’(IIA) standards regarding size and scope of the internal audit function, but also other important factors such as alignment with the company’ s risk profile and business objectives. We also assess the degree of symmetry of expectations of internal audit activities with senior management and the board of directors.
Results include benchmarking against internal and external measures, recommendations for improvements, and, ultimately, improved image of the internal audit function within your organization.
