If you are selling your business, one of your key objectives may be to attract the interest of more than one investor. However, you may be concerned at the time and disruption that will be caused if several investors all seek to perform detailed due diligence procedures at your company.

Vendor due diligence services can be a solution: you engage us to perform due diligence procedures, and our report is given to each interested investor. Note that this is not a “short cut due diligence” and our report will not avoid mentioning problems: rather the opposite, as we have to aim to cover all areas that might be of interest to all investors. But this process can save unnecessary duplication and can give you an earlier warning of issues that investors might see as obstacles to a transaction, thus giving you time to create solutions.
