We will adjust our communication with you to fit your needs. We are happy to join your planning meetings, including other advisors to the transaction such as your technical support and lawyers.
The same applies to reporting: we find that some of our clients want a concise, ultra-clear guide to major issues or problems, for presentation to a board or other decision-makers. Others will treat our report as a guide to all financial aspects of a company and require a detailed coverage in all areas, that will act as a reference point throughout the transaction and after.
In addition to our formal reporting, we keep you informally advised of the progress of our work.

Where the transaction is international, we often work closely with the Deloitte transaction support professionals from other countries.
We can agree either a fixed fee or a fee based on the actual hours spent at agreed rates, whichever you prefer.
In the event of a fixed fee, we will not quibble with you about extra hours spent when (for one reason or another, as often happens) the actual hours run above our initial expectations.
