First Step – Online Application
October / November 2011
The first step is online application. Each application received will be carefully reviewed and candidates with skills matching Deloitte requirements will be invited for the interview process.
The application deadline for Turkey will be announced at www.deloitte.com/sbf and
www.facebook.com/deloitteSBF. We strongly recommend you to like Deloitte SBF page on facebook for updates. We also recommend you to revisit this page for details about Turkey’s selection process.
Second Step – Competency Based Interviews
December 2012
Once the applications are reviewed, we will invite those applicants that best match our selection criteria for an interview, which will be competency-based. The competency-based interviews will be held at one of our offices or on your university/school campus. The interviewers will ask you to think of examples from your personal history, which are measured against our competency framework. You will recieve more information regarding the interview process once you are selected for the interviews.
Third Step – Deloitte Turkey Case Challenge
İstanbul - February 2012
After competency based interviews, we will invite succesfull applicants to our final case day which will be held in February 2012. The participants will have the privilage to present their solution to the case to a Panel Board with distinguished executives.
And Finally – Deloitte International Student Business Forum
Athens - 15 / 19 March 2012
If you are successful throughout the process, you will be joining us for the International Student Business Forum 2012. You should better start packing for four days visit to Athens.
