We have a dedicated Japanese Services Group (JSG) led by a full time Japanese expatriate partner to service the needs of Japanese companies doing business in Thailand.
Our team can assist Japanese clients investing in or already operating in Thailand. We provide corporate services for Japanese companies that are interested in establishing a new company, branch or representative office.
Our Japanese Business Services team also works together with our legal services team to assist our Japanese clients in obtaining visas and work permits. To ensure seamless and efficient service, we also work very closely with our audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services teams when serving our Japanese clients.
Our Japanese Business Services team understands the needs of Japanese business and the legal and regulatory requirements of the Thai business environment. Our experience covers a broad range of industries, including: banking & financial institutions, auto manufacturing; machinery & equipment manufacturing; electrical appliances & electronics manufacturing, chemical & pharmaceutical manufacturing, wholesale & trade distribution, and utilities.
In every assignment, we work closely with Tohmatsu & Co., our firm in Japan. In doing so, we are able to understand the needs of the clients’ parent company in Japan so as to deliver a high level of service to meet our clients’ needs.
