Debt advisory
We provide Debt Advisory services to a wide assortment of clients ranging from governments, local authorities, state-owned enterprises as well as to both the public and private corporate market.
In terms of product, we advise on everything from plain vanilla bank debt through to highly structured project finance debt, leveraged loans, mezzanine (subordinated debt) finance and leasing options. Our typical services include the following:

- Analysis of debt carrying capacity;
- Advice on fundraising and alternative financial structures;
- Sourcing alternative potential capital providers;
- Drafting an Information Memorandum;
- Creating and running a competitive bidding platform;
- Assisting with the negotiation of a final Term Sheet; and
- Assisting with documentation and ensuring that the conditions agreed in the Term Sheet are properly reflected.
In addition to the above, our services include providing advice on management/leveraged buy-outs as well as corporate restructurings. We are also equipped to provide advice to clients who may be experiencing cashflow difficulties and are being required to look at restructuring options with their banks.
