As an audit firm conducting statutory audits of individual financial statements or consolidated financial statements of, inter alia, entities of public interest, Deloitte Audit s.r.o. discloses this Annual Transparency report in compliance with Article 24 of the Act on Auditors, Audit and Audit Supervision No. 540/2007 Col., which came into force on 1 January 2008 (hereinafter the “Act on Auditors”).
All information disclosed in the Report refers to the position of the audit firm as at 31 December 2012, unless stated otherwise.
