- Internet Booking System – Design and realization of individual Internet Booking System development. Building modules for corporate customers and small and medium enterprises
- E-ticketing – Implementation of full functionality of e-ticketing, BSP partners and interline E-ticketing. Realization of savings thanks to optimization of consecutive processes
- Secured payments by internet – Implementation of secured payment with VISA and EC/MC cards. Expanding ways for payment (acceptation of local credit cards, bank transfers etc.) through IBS with target on increasing offer of payment products and decrease risk of credit card misusage
- Automation of dispatching process self check and customer service. Expanding dispatching possibilities and increasing comfort of passengers thanks to electronic dispatching by Self Check kiosks and Web Check-in
