Mr. Stanley, the current Partner in Charge of audit & advisory services in Bratislava office, is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States, and has over 30 years of auditing and consulting experience, including ten years in Slovakia and other countries in Central Europe. He presently serves a number of our leading bank clients and has participated in recent due diligence engagements, including bank privatisations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and the Ukraine. Mr. Stanley has broad based experience with auditing, public securities offerings and other financing placements, mergers and acquisitions services, restructuring, internal control studies, internal audit development programs, accounting and reporting systems, development stage companies and regulatory issues.
Mr. Stanley also has broad based experience in most industry sectors over many years, including energy, manufacturing, distribution, and retail and leads local engagements for many of the Deloitte’s global strategic clients.
Zuzana Letková

Zuzana Letková is a Partner of the audit department in the Slovak Republic. She has overall responsibility for operational management, supervision and quality control of audits performed by the audit department, notably clients operating in the financial services. Mrs. Letková has 13 years experience in the audit. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in United Kigdom and she is a licensed auditor of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors. She has led international and statutory audits and other consulting projects, such as due diligence and accounting advisory services with a specialisation in the financial services industry, specifically banking, insurance, leasing and asset management.
Mrs. Letková is able to efficiently conduct multiple projects simultaneously. Strengths lie in depth knowledge of the Slovak financial and business market, accounting and regulatory regulations, team development and motivation, loyalty with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
