About our speaker
Mr Axel Winter
Mr. Axel Winter heads IT Consulting for Financial Services in Deloitte Southeast Asia, and is deeply involved with leading institutions, advising their outsourcing and off-shoring strategy. Prior to joining Deloitte, Axel served as Chief Technology Officer for Asia and the Global Enterprise Architect at GE Capital Group – a major customer of outsourcing and off-shoring services. Axel also worked for Accenture and led major outsourcing initiatives in Asia and Europe.

Axel has worked in the IT arena for over 15 years and has significant experience in financial services. Since joining Deloitte in 2008, he has been regularly engaged by financial institutions and global corporates within the Asia region to advise on Enterprise Architecture, Outsourcing Advisory and Vendor Evaluations, and implementation of key platforms in this space.
