Mobile Banking – user preferences

Customer survey

Do you have a smartphone? Did you know that on average people check their smartphones over 150 times a day and spend 119 minutes using them?

These days smartphones offer more and more services. Most of the major banks offer their customers a mobile channel, which they can use instead of having to visit a bank branch.

Participate in our survey, which should take no more than 5 minutes, and tell us how you would like to manage your accounts and make payments via mobile phone. Even if you have no experience of using mobile banking applications, we welcome your responses. The most informative answer will receive a prize from the Deloitte FSI Group - dinner for two at a restaurant.
