Paul is an audit partner in Moscow where he leads the enterprise risk services practice for the CIS region.
Paul has 25 years of experience serving large multinational companies with a focus on US-listed companies and internal controls. Paul has worked with a diverse mix of companies with revenues ranging from hundreds of millions of dollars to in excess of $100 billion.
Prior to relocating to Russia last year, Paul spent the previous nine years in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands Paul led Deloitte’s team for internal controls on financial reporting in the EMEA region. Paul also served a number of European based U.S. listed global clients and led the US GAAP and SEC service desk for the Deloitte Dutch practice. Paul began his public accounting career in the USA.
Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Accountancy.
