Mark Franklin is Deloitte's CIS leader for Consulting. He has been working on global ERP implementations for over 11 years and has extensive experience in designing, implementing and stabilising major business solutions for clients. He has implemented major SAP solutions more than 10 times in 10 different countries. Before joining the firm in 2006, Mark managed Deloitte's Central European SAP Consulting practice with more than 70 consultants in over 16 countries. His previous experience also includes being CFO within the HSBC group and leading an international IT organisation's Asia Pacific Consulting practice.
