Oleg is a partner in the Tax & Legal department of Deloitte CIS in Moscow, and is leader of the Corporate Tax group, which is made up of more than 70 specialists. He is also head of the Chinese Services and Life Sciences & Health Care Industry groups for the CIS. Oleg started his carrier more than 13 years ago with another professional services firm and joined Deloitte in 2003.
Oleg’s provides support on tax and customs matters to his major clients, who are primarily multinationals that already have Russian operations, or which plan to invest in Russia. He specializes in developing tax-efficient supply chains, structuring M&A deals, and addressing the tax issues associated with capital construction.
Oleg is a recognized tax professional and writes as a Russian correspondent for the International VAT Monitor, an IBFD periodical tax journal
