Olga is a partner in the Audit department of Deloitte CIS in Moscow, where she is head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. Olga specializes in providing assurance, Sarbanes-Oxley internal control readiness and compliance consulting services.
Olga has over fifteen years’ audit and financial consulting experience serving customers in various industries, including trading, telecommunications and the entertainment and media industries. She also specializes in RAS, IFRS and US GAAP reporting.
Olga has gained significant experience working on due diligence and floatation projects, as well as other projects related to the floatation of securities.
Olga has a Honors degree specializing in Applied Mathematics, Far Eastern Federal University. Furthermore, she has CPA certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA.
