As an audit firm that carries out statutory audits of the annual accounts of public-interest entities, Deloitte Audit S.R.L. is publishing the annual transparency report in compliance with Chapter 10 Article 46 of EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 90/2008 (from 24 June 2008) regarding the statutory audit of the annual financial and consolidated annual financial statements.
