Alexandru Reff is the Partner-in-Charge of the Balkan Tax & Legal Practice. He is an attorney at law, member of the Bucharest Bar and has been working with Deloitte in Bucharest and Paris since 1998. Alexandru Reff specializes in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate. He has advised dozens of multinational companies on structuring / restructuring their investment in Romania and has played a leading role in numerous acquisition and disposal projects. Alexandru has contributed to several legislation drafting processes - Fiscal Code, Fiscal Procedural Code, Companies Law - and has been a speaker at various business conferences. He is fluent in Romanian (native speaker), English and French.
