Hein van Dam is the Partner-in-Charge of the Balkan Financial Advisory Practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and transaction support, gained in public practice, investment banking and industry. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales as well as of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also holds the Corporate Finance Qualification and a Masters in Commerce from University of the Witwatersrand. Since joining the Bucharest office of Deloitte in 2005, he has provided advice and support to various companies, international and domestic, in concluding successful transactions.
