Tax risk management
The tax risk management team provides services relating to the identification and mitigation of tax exposures that arise from, inter alia, changes to tax law and regulations, as well as factors inherent in your company.
The services we offer:
- Preparing a tax risk map with appropriate comments to transactions analyzed;
- Determining potential risks related to processes and procedures resulting from interpretations and implementation of tax regulations and related to human resources and accounting/IT systems of enterprises;
- Preparing and implementing actions aimed at streamlining existing risk management and optimizing tax risk management;
- On-going tax advisory services in tax risk management and assistance in solving tax problems identified in a given project;
- Tax risk review of the accounting/IT system – quick-scan.
