Application for funding
The methodology followed by Deloitte specialists relies on close cooperation with the client during each stage of the investment, from building the project concept, through applying for a grant, until settling the investment. The project management cycle consists of three main stages:
I. Preparatory Stage
- Strategy for applying for EU funding: eligibility analysis.
- Project concept: preliminary selection of projects and investment scope for the application; singling out the characteristic features of the project which impact the chances of success.
II. Application Stage
- Development: application and budget (detailed structure of eligible costs); appendices; verification of formal appendices.
- Consultations with the implementing institution.
- Support until the signing of the contract
III. Implementation Stage
- Project management - monitoring of the realization in accordance with the funding contract
- Execution reports.
- Payments requests.
- Consultations with the implementing institution.
