Shared services

Shared Services Centers (SSC) are becoming a more and more popular business model used to increase efficiency and decrease the costs of staff and processes within an organization. This model consolidates support operations (e.g. accounting or IT) in a multilevel organization or capital group into one allocated and integrated unit which runs services for the whole organization. Thanks to the standardization and optimization of processes, the implementation of best practices and the reduction of employment, such model substantially improves back-office efficiencies.
