Introduction

Information collection

Website visitors are not obliged to disclose any personal information. Only the data consciously and voluntarily submitted by a site visitor, such as name, surname, position, company address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number and other information entered in the registration process are downloaded on the website.

In case you intend to participate in events, activities or projects organized by Deloitte, irrespective whether they are organized independently or in cooperation with other entities including those external to Deloitte, in particular in surveys, webcasts, podcasts, seminars, training and other programs, contests (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Events”) or if you want to get access or receive results of surveys, analyses, publications, reports, subscriptions, newsletters and other materials prepared by Deloitte experts, business and professional information or other data related to Deloitte’s business (hereinafter referred to as "Materials”) you may be requested to disclose your personal data for registration purposes.

Generally, we do not seek sensitive information (e.g. data relating to race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation). If such information is requested we are obliged to obtain an expressed written consent of a person responsible for collection and use of such data.

Log information, cookies and Web beacons

Personal data (such as name, surname, data about the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as ”Client”), address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, position/role in the client’s structures, information about co-operation and contacts with Deloitte, data required by the provisions of law, education, sex, information concerning the mother tongue and language used in correspondence may be disclosed in line with the applicable provisions of law and the purpose of processing - solely to entities of Deloitte Central Europe (excluding third countries), in particular to Deloitte companies operating in Poland.
Your personal data has been given voluntarily or acquired from widely available sources. You have the right to access your personal data and to amend them, submit a written substantiated request for termination of the use of the data as well as to file an objection to your data being processed. Use of information

Personal data and other information submitted to Deloitte website shall be used for limited purposes only, as specified herein or in applicable provisions of law.

The data may be used for the following purposes: marketing, including marketing actions, providing or mailing Materials, organizing Events, distributing invitations to Events, other information about Events and for communication purposes in this respect and for the purpose of appropriate website administration.
Persons registering on the website in order to be granted access to selected contents, or those who would like to read or be sent certain Materials or to participate in Events may be requested to disclose more personal details. We may also use such data to personalize contact details submitted on the website. Data submitted by persons registering for Events on-line will be used to send confirmation of registration and for other Event-related purposes. Deloitte’s intention is to grant access to visitors who want to view their personal data submitted in time of registration on our website or obtained in any other way or to make appropriate amendments.
