We think Xero is worth sharing because we have seen what a difference this tool can make to small businesses.

What is it?

Developed in New Zealand, Xero is a complete online accounting system and business management tool designed to suit the needs of small business. It gives easy access to bank transactions, invoices and reports anytime they are needed and from anywhere in the world.

More specifically, Xero offers a full range of financial data and support from invoicing, managing payables, banking, expense claims, credit notes and contact management through to the preparation of monthly reporting including budget and variance reporting and annual financial accounts. Xero also enables you and your accountant to have access to up-to-date financial information simultaneously, enabling this relationship to work as efficiently as possible.
