Project quality assurance

When delivery against expectations matter

By definition, projects are tightly constrained activities with limited time and resources. Failure is a real possibility in the absence of critical success factors, which include:

  • Effective governance and strong sponsorship
  • Visible management leadership and business participation
  • Clear objectives, scope and deliverables
  • Skilled and experienced people
  • Relevant methodologies and strong project management discipline

Our approach to project quality assurance goes beyond reviewing compliance against project plans and processes. Our team comprises project and programme managers, who have the experience and expertise to recognise risks and issues at the early stages of a project where intervention is more effective.

In working with both public and private sector clients, our first priority is a thorough understanding of the expectations of the project sponsor, the governing committee, the project team, and the business stakeholders.

We assure against industry standards such as PMBOK and PRINCE2 in addition to State Services Commission and Treasury guidelines for major public IT projects.
