If you ask Andrew what’s most enjoyable and rewarding about his work, he would say it is going beyond the typical financial due diligence to try and add real value to clients in their thinking about targets. “As transactions are important strategic moves, it’s critical to be able to make a fully informed decision about a potential target. Andrew and the team bring together a broad set of expertise and experience to give clients a commercial view.
