Acquisition examinations and due diligence reviews
Working closely with our corporate finance team, we provide an in-depth review of historical financial statements as part of the acquisition process, including analysis of the key drivers of an entity's operating and cash flow performance and any issues arising from these. Our specialists also assess the composition, appropriateness and completeness of the statement of financial position, working with the acquisition team to determine a negotiating strategy and provide input into the financial aspects of the sale and purchase process.
