Process and systems integrity
We provide security and integrity consulting services during the implementation or upgrade of enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP R/3, Oracle, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards, as well as e-business solutions. The team’s focus is to help clients understand exposures, stabilise control processes, mitigate risks, clarify control responsibilities and maximise the benefits of new business application and technology implementations.
Project, process and performance evaluation
We undertake project and process quality assurance and performance and efficiency assessments. These evaluations include ‘fit for purpose’ and value for money considerations. In the areas of procurement, contracting and outsourcing, we also undertake risk assessments, control evaluation, probity audits and service provider assessments to provide assurance over the deliverables and integrity of reporting.
