- Providing advice on capital structures, cost of capital estimates and financial modelling
- Assisting with acquisition or divestment transactions
- Providing expert witness opinions and testimony on financial and commercial matters
- Advising on significant capital works including opportunities for private/public partnerships
- Assisting with commercial negotiations
