Murray Patchell - Partner, Deloitte Private
A key focus of Murray’s approach that has proved successful is to provide the full back end support to client’s office administration to compliment the front end management support that is also regularly provided. Many clients find that outsourcing this work ensures that they only pay for what they need and they can access skill sets and resources on demand without having to carry the overheads associated with staffing. This approach has enabled Deloitte in Rotorua to develop a high level of competent service providers that are available on call for clients. It is particularly important when organisations have lean budgets and variable needs to have expertise at all levels on tap.
