Experience
Andrew has more than 15 years' corporate tax experience both in New Zealand and Australia. Immediately prior to joining Deloitte, Andrew was based in Sydney where he provided specialist tax advice to some of Australian major corporates in relation to their New Zealand investments as well as providing assistance to new NZ taxpaying entities.
His clients cover a broad spectrum of business across the public and private sectors. He has a thorough knowledge of New Zealand tax, applied across a range of business types and has advised on major restructures, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
